This PR only cherry pick this commit ROCm/composable_kernel#670 to the branch `ck_final_for_miopen_5.6_release`

Currenly ths is blocking a compiler patch:

Similar to #1912

Not a hard blocker since it could be overridden by setting `GTEST_CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS` globally

incomplete fix from #670

So it does not only happen in gtest but also in CK code:

We need to fix them as a quality improvement, but for now suppressing this warning in immediate releases:
