…2545) ### Motivation and Test Results: - Probable cause of ROCm#2522 was the `rocm-libraries` submodule bump ROCm#2483 the same day this issue started happening. - The pytorch build, or proceeding sanity/smoke tests would error with `corrupted size vs. prev_size in fastbins`. - pytorch build of gfx942 with this PR's branch did not show the error in run https://github.com/ROCm/TheRock/actions/runs/20209882669 ### Next steps: - bisect further within the two submodule bumps ROCm/rocm-libraries@f306b59...283f438 - get pytorch build workflow to trigger on submodule bump PRs
