Upstream sync: e868230..4e49492 (3 commits), per the ledger's sync procedure.
Incoming:
fullscreenCopyOnSelectwith Ctrl+X selection copy (earendil-works#7720/earendil-works#8731),ui_prompt_start/ui_prompt_endextension events (earendil-works#5329/earendil-works#8355), and the Google Vertex https-proxy-agent named-export fix (earendil-works#8610/earendil-works#8723). All additive; no telemetry or managed-install subsystem re-additions to re-drop.One conflict (coding-agent CHANGELOG): resolved by keeping the fork's [Unreleased] entries and adding upstream's three new ones marked inherited; upstream's re-listing of the already-released transcript-notices entry was skipped, and clear_queue/earendil-works#8665 stay as the fork's single inherited entries. Sync-log row added; no root-README porting needed (upstream touched only package READMEs, which merged cleanly).
Verified post-merge: fork surfaces intact (permissions settings incl. the hardened matchers, request-observer, ToolInfo capability + timeoutMs forwarding, all telemetry removals),
npm run checkclean, full./test.shgreen (2225 passed, 53 key-gated skipped), tree clean after the run.
