[Suggestion] The four new table-streaming tests cover the main hold-back paths well, but none covers the
tableRows.length > 0guard edge case: a table with header+separator present but the first data row still partial (e.g.| A | B |\n|---|---|\n| one | tw). A test asserting current behavior (header/separator not rendered, partial row as plain text) would document this known limitation and prevent regressions if it's later changed.— qwen3.7-max via Qwen Code /review
