TLDR
Adds browser-based OpenRouter OAuth setup and a first-pass model catalog management flow.
This PR lets users authenticate with OpenRouter from
/auth, automatically stores the returned API key, fetches OpenRouter's model catalog, enables a curated recommended subset by default, and adds/manage-modelsso users can search/filter the OpenRouter catalog and choose which models stay enabled locally.What's included

Dive Deeper
The main product decision in this PR is to separate two concepts:
/modeland can be switched quickly.OpenRouter can return hundreds of models. Writing all of them directly into
settings.modelProviders.openaiwould make/modelnoisy and would turn first-time authentication into a heavy model-management task. This PR keeps initial auth lightweight by enabling a recommended subset first, then exposes/manage-modelsas the explicit place for catalog search and model enablement.Reviewer Test Plan
