Fix problems in tests compilation under --no-default-features and release version 0.10.2
pczt: Support applying external spendAuthSigs to Spends
This allows future error variants to be added without a SemVer break.

CI: Use pinned dependencies where possible for `build-nostd`
Make pczt::Bundle::extract take `self` by reference.
