we have a documentation about how to write example notebooks for drivers here https://qcodes.github.io/Qcodes/examples/writing_drivers/Creating-Instrument-Drivers.html#Documentation , next time remember to give the notebook a meaningful title (the only # level in the whole notebook) and also prevent the notebook from execution when building documentation (there's a bullet point about this in the linked documentation).
