This PR does the following:

  • Adds 3x and 4x XBR family pixel scalers.
  • Adds support for ImageMagick-generated 32bpp PCX files (see @SteveMcNeill's post here).
  • Cleans up and refactors bits of image.cpp, sg_pcx.cpp, sg_curico.cpp, mmpx.cpp, and hqx.cpp and suppresses some C++ compiler warnings.
