This PR updates FreeType from version
2.13.2to2.13.3. This update's main improvement is a significant performance boost to the B/W rasterizer, making it much faster.Additionally, several common
libqbdefines have been refactored. These were previously located inlibqb.cppandFreeGLUTbut have now been moved to a centralized location.Closes #595.
