Unzip all files and just run the .exe - it will prompt for Pool details (I suggest SupportXMR)

Go to https://www.supportxmr.com use the Config generator and then use the details from this.

This is the .exe files - just run - no compile needed

Just run the xmr-stak main file - it will prompt you to enter your Wallet details and Pool details.

Once it starts- Stop it - open the original folder where Xmr-Stak.exe is located and you will see 2 new files - AMD and Config - Edit the AMD File as needed to config your GPUs.
