Add a -MaxLineLength parameter for generating external "about" help

For "about" help, New-ExternalHelp generates a .txt file with no line longer than 80 characters.

But I have a project that I would like to generate help files for, and I don't like the 80-char limit--it's too narrow. I don't mind that the default is 80, but I'd like my help files to be a bit wider (maybe 100).

So I'd like to add a parameter that allows me to control the max width.

How do people feel about this, and how do you feel about the name -MaxLineLength? Or maybe something indicating that it is specific to "about" help, like -MaxAboutWidth?

Yes, I think optional -MaxAboutWidth is a great idea!
