This makes it impossible to automate for use with autoclave.
It is probably an interaction with shelljs, as nothing in the vulcanize call should be waiting for key input.

This is p2 because it only blocks automation of builds.

Refactor build process
feecd27 
Use gulp vulcanize to reduce run time and weird interactive delay
Use polyclean.leftAlignJs to refactor the strip step
Move the strip step into micro/mini/max
Add gulp release task to automate for dumping into builds branch
