Related issues: Outdated, especially after the company was bought by Elon Musk, and was turned into a private Company.

Update every section to accurately represent what the current X / Twitter's privacy policy is.

Here's what I've got change wise. GitHub's website is struggling for me, so this I can't get the comments on the specific lines but here you go :

• There's no need for "\" on behavioral-marketing, third-party-collection, data-deletion, third-party-access, law-enforcement, revision-notify
• rubric.history— last modified is as top of page, previous policies at bottom
• rubric.data-deletion— add note with link to wiki page
• rubric.third-party-access— there are some subprocessors listed here, maybe link to it in a note ?
• rubric.noncritical-purposes— see §5.3
• rubric.list-collected— seeing a fair amount of "such as" terminology in §1.2, shouldn't be yes in that case

Once that gets fixed, I'll give it another once-over sometime next week and get it merged. Fix any issues CI prompts, too.
