Jna is incompatible

Describe the bug

Vulcan mod is not working and the game crashes
I learn why does'nt work this is s jna problem
my jna verison is 6.1.6 but requires 7.0.0 or above

Steps To Reproduce

1 Download fabric 1.21.4 
2 after download vulcan mod 
3 and Run you should see game crash

Expected Behavior

Vulcan must work because
i do everthing correct
But Jna is incompatible

Platform

- Device model: ?
- CPU architecture: aarch64 
- Android version: 14
- PojavLauncher version: latest

Anything else?

Yes sodium does'nt work
