Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's not a problem, and actually, I can do that by referencing a note with my instructions at the beginning of the first message. However, I think that we will get better results and also a more elegant way by creating a field to change the System Prompt using an Obsidian Note.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have a new button to select a note from my Obsidian Vault to replace the default System Prompt from the GitHub Copilot Settings.

I am currently tagging an Obsidian Note at the beginning of my message. However, it's sent as a user message.
