Hide Enum Table because we probably want to deprecate it in the next version

Hey, i just stumbled upon this crate and this experimental feature.
I dont know what your vision for this exactly was or if the functionality is served elsewhere, but I think I incedently made a lib/CLI for this exact purpose... at least one of my structs is literally called EnumTable and the whole idea is to transpile Rust code for an enum with associated constants from a .csv based specification. Maybe we could join forces here?
