Pattern setclass broken and possibly obsolete

The setclass pattern is broken as extractParameters was removed from utils. Additionally this pattern does not seem to do anything that pat-switch is not capable to do.

If setclass has some additional functionality, it should maybe be ported to pat-switch.

As you say: setclass is old, obsolete and replaced by switch.
