docs: sync Android local authentication guidance

Syncs the translated documentation required by security hardening PR #4966.

This updates all ten language packs for:

• APK-managed Android localhost authentication and browser/CLI recovery
• HTTP 401/503 troubleshooting
• automatic, explicit-on, and explicit-off Tailscale/Docker trust modes

All pack manifests were regenerated and all ten 124-document packs validate successfully.
