SUMMARY

For guns like Rail guns, and certain weapons that should use EC per shot, as well as the ammo they are designed for, could something be added to ModuleWeapon to facilitate this?
//ECPerShot
public float ECPerShot = 0;
The default should be zero, but it would be something you could input for special weapons.
