Description
虽然#72628 和 #73253 对grid_sample的2D+3D进行了修复，但是测试还是存在精度问题，经过分析发现存在两个方面的原因。
上面PR只进行了前向Kernel的修复，并没有修复反向Kernel。
修复后PaddleAPITest测试全部通过。
