After adding .hpp headers in ros2/geometry2#720, the deprecated .h header files are finally dropped in ros2/geometry2#789 and therefore in the rolling distribution.
For now, we can drop the support for the rolling distribution. Not sure if we should expose the ROS distro down to the cpp files and include different headers based on the distribution.
Besides that, I removed Ubuntu20.04 from the CI due to EOL.
