The agent-zero matrix now builds from context: pmoves/services/agent-zero, but Dockerfile.multiarch does COPY . . and the service code imports services.common.* from sibling paths under pmoves/services/common. With this context, those modules are excluded from the image, so the built container will fail at startup with ModuleNotFoundError when GHCR artifacts are run.

enabled() now checks get_secret("SUPABASE_KEY"), so SUPABASE_KEY_FILE-only deployments are considered configured, but _headers() still reads os.environ["SUPABASE_KEY"]. In Docker secret setups this raises KeyError at publish time, so CGP publishing breaks specifically in the new secret-file path this commit introduced.
