paddle.nn.functional.interpolate之前存在阈值冲突，统一一下
误差的计算： a + r * x <abs(x-y)视为通过，因测试数据可能出现0这样的数字，相对误差会出现inf这样的数值， 所以我把a设置成1.5。r改成0.5
