按照文档说明，生成 numpy 数据，当hermitian 为真,数据类型为实数，输入需要为对称矩阵；数据类型为复数，那么输入需要为 hermitian 矩阵。
这个分支下会调用 eigh，eigh 被设置为 forward #330 ，pinv 进行同样的处理。
