xrRender: Actor shadow reworked #596

  • Restored shadow for R2
  • Shadow from any light source
  • Bringed back console command (R1 included)
  • Added frustum \ sector check

Almost zero FPS drop

Render it for all types (new and old) of cascades only in first (near) cascade
