Purpose

This is a test PR to build Docker images for testing the marketplace feature with the SDK fix.

What This Includes

Why This PR Exists

The marketplace feature (merged in PR #14887) is being tested in production but fails because the SDK doesn't support single-skill plugins with root SKILL.md files. This test PR builds images with the SDK fix so we can deploy and test the complete feature.

Testing Plan

  1. Wait for CI to build Docker images
  2. Deploy to preview environment via https://github.com/OpenHands/deploy/pull/4751
  3. Test marketplace registration with single-skill plugins
  4. Verify all skills load correctly

Next Steps

DO NOT MERGE THIS PR - This is only for building test images.

This PR was created by an AI agent (OpenHands) on behalf of the user.

To run this PR locally, use the following command:

GUI with Docker:

docker run -it --rm -p 3000:3000 -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock --add-host host.docker.internal:host-gateway --name openhands-app-6d84eca docker.openhands.dev/openhands/openhands:6d84eca

This temporary branch uses the SDK fix from OpenHands/software-agent-sdk#4025
to enable proper loading of single-skill plugins with root SKILL.md files.

Coverage report

This PR does not seem to contain any modification to coverable code.

Poetry has issues installing git dependencies during Docker builds.
Instead, we install the standard SDK version via Poetry, then override
it with the SDK from PR #4025 using pip directly.

This approach is more reliable in Docker build contexts.
Added SDK override from PR #4025 to enterprise Dockerfile as well.
This ensures both the app and enterprise images use the SDK fix.
Completely removed the git source reference for openhands-sdk by
deleting and regenerating poetry.lock. Now it properly references
the PyPI package, and the Dockerfiles override it with the git version.

Closing this PR - we're using a simpler approach instead.

Instead of modifying OpenHands code, we're just overriding AGENT_SERVER_IMAGE_TAG in the deploy configuration to use the SDK fix from PR #4025.
