parts of fix for #928, I've added the gui part for setting scale & offset.
scale & offset are not updating in /config endpoint after changes. Wifi module needed reboot to get new values.
I've made a mistake and pushed the gui change in main repository instead of mine ( made a long time I haven't worked on this project, forgot I had write access to the git, seems I'm a bit rusty )
@jeremypoulter , If it's a problem can you revert it and I'll make a proper PR for gui too.
