By Jason's suggestion, further OpenCCG development is moving to github. Releases and binaries will continue to appear on the openccg sourceforge site. In particular, note that the binary files in lib should be retrieved from the latest release. Any updates to the binaries in lib since the latest release will appear in a folder called current_lib.
