[BUG][JAVA] fix Lombok @Getter disables validation

@wing328 this PR fix a batch of issues, please review it.
The idea is put the annotations of getter function into lombok variable field section.
After this the pojo.mustache has too many template on field, so i split it into lombokAnnotation.mustache to make it clean.
