Update Multiplatform Plugin to 1.6.0-M1
Update Gragle to 7.2
Update AGP to 7.0.2

Update samples accordingle

Hey, thanks for opening this PR.
I think it's too early to update to kotlin 1.6.0-M1.
It is the first milestone and it may be unstable.
I think we should keep using the stable versions, being the last one at this momento 1.5.31.

I't just for the example. I set it to be sure to fix the error. But there's no problem using 1.5.31. The code works great with this version too. 👍.

All Kotlin related tests passed with updated samples via 06a971a
