Enable the use of codespell tool in checkpatch.pl For this the checkpatch.pl as been partially rebased on the Linux one. Signed-off-by: Arnaud Pouliquen <[email protected]>

The checkpatch.pl allows to run codespell on patches to highlight typo error.
Rebase the CI and checkpatch script on recent version and enable "codespell" tool
