Early implementation experience suggests that, in the first instance, implementers are likely to share only location data. We should update the Primer to put more emphasis on the other categories of data covered in the schema (organisational, administrative, technical etc.)

We can also include an example to demonstrate the value of providing more than just location data, like the reconciliation example given in #210.
