Claimed for merge-sweep cleanup. This OCC companion targets OmniNode-ai/omnimarket#2557, which is now closed unmerged as a superseded duplicate of the current release-on-merge bump. Merging this evidence PR would preserve a companion for a product PR that cannot land, so I am closing it instead of letting the stale auto-merge request continue. |

Deterministic OCC evidence companion for OmniNode-ai/omnimarket#2557, authored by node_occ_companion_effect (RSD-3, OMN-14622) from the node_occ_companion_compute plan. Every byte is a pure function of the compute plan (attestation-oracle reproducible).
