…he same ticket OMN-18294 ships in two repos, so autobind minted two companions against one ticket contract: #9329 for omninode_infra#1418 (merged) and this one for omnimarket#2509. Both add contracts/OMN-18294.yaml and the same dod-occ-diff-derived-behavior-proof receipt key, so the second went DIRTY the moment the first landed. Resolved by structural union, not by taking a side: - Both PRs' own evidence items survive intact — the 1418 pair and the 2509 pair, four distinct ids. - evidence_requirements carries both PRs' ci entries. - dod-occ-diff-derived-behavior-proof is a single key and can only bind once. It binds to the 2509 proof, whose executed-for-real supersession record (test_passes.supersede.2509.yaml) is keyed to that entry's hash. The 1418 proof ran and passed before #9329 merged; its receipt is in this repo's history at that merge, and its PR-specific evidence items are untouched above. No hand-written Evidence-Source citation and no edit to either product PR.
