…claude#2071 and #2072 Both were superseded attempts at the same OMN-16983 fix; omniclaude#2073 merged to dev 2026-08-29T19:25:59Z (78fc1dd740feb28d9d08394cf357f51169a77e55, 138 pass / 0 fail). Under the OMN-14623 append-only supersede convention these PASS -superseded receipts retire the dead predecessors' citations so the OMN-13856 done-flip gate stops treating them as load-bearing. Net-new files only; the merged base receipts are untouched and #2073 is still required to be MERGED.
