evidence(OMN-16824): bind omnimarket#2182 behaviour proof to the contract

OMN-16824 — OCC evidence companion for omnimarket#2182

The fix landed in #7393 (merged). This is the evidence companion for the omnimarket half of the same ticket, OmniNode-ai/omnimarket#2182, which carries the local runner's side of the cross-runner ambiguity test.

Appends one dod_evidence item to contracts/OMN-16824.yaml (append-only; the four items already merged are untouched, so every receipt minted against them keeps a valid contract_entry_sha256 under the OMN-13888 per-entry binding) plus its PASS receipt and this PR's self-bind.

The check reads omnimarket's semantics suite back from the live GitHub API at the PR head SHA a90df84094882b7c7898996a9729f9b62fd31ef6 and asserts the parity test is present in it. It is falsifiable and outside this PR's own diff — the file is in another repo at a pinned ref, so it goes RED if the parity test is renamed, removed, or never lands.
