Contract + PASS receipt for the projection access-class fix: 13 omnimarket projection contracts declared a table access: write while their handlers query() that same table, so the wiring guard refused every read and routed every event to the quarantine DLQ while the gateway answered 202. Receipt evidence is the governed pre-push full suite on the designated .200 gate host - 16250 passed, 105 skipped, 3 deselected, 1 xfailed, 0 failed in 710.97s - with no bypass flags. Reaching that required repairing the .201 gate-runner escalation target first (OMN-16752).

OCC PRs validate their contract and receipts from the PR's own in-tree checkout (invariant I3), so the companion carries a receipt binding itself. Re-mints contract_sha256 on both receipts after the append; per-entry contract_entry_sha256 for the omnimarket receipt is unchanged, which is the append-safety property OMN-13888 exists to provide.

Withdrawing in favour of #7287, the machine-authored autobind companion for OmniNode-ai/omnimarket#2164. I hand-authored this companion before checking whether the autobind path had already fired. It had — #7287 was opened automatically at 12:20:35Z when omnimarket#2164 opened, and it is the more complete and canonical artifact (contract + omnimarket receipt + CI receipt + evidence-admissibility receipt + self-bind, all generated by node_occ_companion_compute rather than hand-written). Two open PRs both adding contracts/OMN-16690.yaml would also collide on the same path. omnimarket#2164 carries Evidence-Source: OCC#7287. |
