Closing: the product PR this companion binds (omnibase_infra#2825, OMN-16333) was withdrawn as superseded by omnibase_infra#2824 (OMN-16326), which fixed the same pre-push deadlock without weakening the OMN-14953 gate. No evidence is lost — there is no longer a product change for this companion to attest. |

Deterministic OCC evidence companion for OmniNode-ai/omnibase_infra#2825, authored by node_occ_companion_effect (RSD-3, OMN-14622) from the node_occ_companion_compute plan. Every byte is a pure function of the compute plan (attestation-oracle reproducible).
