Closing as superseded. OMN-16071's evidence already landed on dev: contracts/OMN-16071.yaml carries an occ-self-bind-pr-6590 entry (added via merged PR #6606, commit d8d988f) plus the dod-deploy-assessment-falsifiable entry this PR's target (#6590) introduced. The evidence chain for #6590 (PRs #6550 -> #6590 -> #6606, all merged) is already complete on dev; this separate companion binding the same product PR (#6590) a second time is redundant. Verified live against origin/dev before closing. |

Deterministic OCC evidence companion for #6590, authored by node_occ_companion_effect (RSD-3, OMN-14622) from the node_occ_companion_compute plan. Every byte is a pure function of the compute plan (attestation-oracle reproducible).
