Deterministic OCC evidence companion for OmniNode-ai/omnibase_infra#2746, authored by node_occ_companion_effect (RSD-3, OMN-14622) from the node_occ_companion_compute plan. Every byte is a pure function of the compute plan (attestation-oracle reproducible).

Superseded by OCC#6496, which is the single companion for both halves of OMN-15952 (omnibase_infra#2746 + omninode_infra#904).

Closing to remove the divergent-automation collision: with two open OCC PRs carrying OMN-15952, deploy-gate's Evidence-Source resolution picked this auto-scaffolded one, whose only deploy evidence is gh pr diff ... | grep -c -- vacuous under the OMN-14443 falsifiability ratchet (it counts changed paths in the PR that authors it, so it can never go RED). #6496 carries 12 receipts, all PASS, all probed live against the GitHub contents API, including a falsifiable deploy probe that reads the attach response model back at the pinned head and greps for the required renewal field.
