…1988 OCC companion by node_pr_lifecycle_fix_effect (OMN-13317 F1 / OMN-13990 / OMN-14285). Product PR head 7ecaef03048fc68df205dd5a282281551041efe6.
omniclaude#1988 could not satisfy Receipt-Gate identity binding (head branch does not reference Evidence-Ticket OMN-16000, and a head branch cannot be renamed). The same head a878333d was re-opened as successor PR #1992 on branch jonah/omn-16000-enforce-ci-gate-omniclaude. This commit rebinds the companion evidence to #1992: contract summary, evidence ids, and check commands renumbered; the two PR-bound receipts regenerated with live probes at renumber time; contract_sha256 and the two changed contract_entry_sha256 values recomputed per OMN-13888 (admissibility + self-bind entry hashes unchanged, verified by positive-control recomputation of all prior hashes); old pr-1988 receipt paths deleted.

…; recompute whole-file contract_sha256 Pre-commit yamlfmt reflowed the API-authored YAML (long flow scalars wrapped at 100 cols; parsed values unchanged). Per OMN-13888 the four contract_entry_sha256 values are reflow-invariant (verified by recomputation: all four identical before/after formatting); only the whole-file contract_sha256 changed and is updated in all four receipts.
