…e append-only The node_occ_companion_effect autobind for OmniNode-ai/omninode_infra#809 generated 14 command.supersede.809.yaml files that rebound unrelated, already-merged evidence items (market#2012/#2014/#2015, core#1541, and prior OCC self-binds) to a single generic `gh pr view 809` probe. That violates the OMN-15459 supersession ratchet on both axes: S1 (one probe cannot be authoritative proof for 13+ distinct evidence items) and S2 (the probe references nothing the superseded item's own dod_evidence entry declares). It also edited the merged `dod-occ-evidence-admissibility-validator` receipt in place, tripping the OCC append-only gate (merged receipts are immutable; corrections must be net-new supersede files). Repair: drop all 14 spurious supersede files (infra#809 does not need to rebind prior consumers' evidence — it only needs its own), and restore the admissibility-validator receipt to its merged (dev) content. This matches the shape of the merged #6031/#6021 companions, which only add new evidence items for their own PR rather than rebinding history. Kept: the genuine new items (dod-OmniNode-ai-omninode_infra-pr-809, occ-self-bind-pr-6035) and the contract's occ-self-bind-pr-6035 entry. Verified locally: validator_occ_append_only (0 violations), check_receipt_hardening.py --supersession-corpus (2344 == 2344 baseline, matches frozen), tests/unit/scripts/test_supersession_binding_gate.py (20 passed), tests/test_evidence_admissibility.py (76 passed).

Deterministic OCC evidence companion for OmniNode-ai/omninode_infra#809, authored by node_occ_companion_effect (RSD-3, OMN-14622) from the node_occ_companion_compute plan. Every byte is a pure function of the compute plan (attestation-oracle reproducible).
