Summary

Rebind three legacy whole-file OMN-14086 receipts for omnibase_infra PR #2263 to OMN-13888 per-entry contract hashes via append-only command.supersede.0001.yaml records.

This repairs the deterministic contract_hash_mismatch seen after OCC#4034 appended current-head evidence to contracts/OMN-14086.yaml. The base receipt files and contract are not edited.

Closing as superseded by onex_change_control#4035, which merged the canonical OMN-14086 supersession repair at 428b96b and unblocked/landed omnibase_infra#2263 at 5e3c7d00. This PR is now dirty against dev and should not be merged.
