Summary

Net-new OCC companion providing the Evidence-Source durable receipt for omnimarket PR #1706 (OMN-14285 — node_occ_companion_compute, RSD-1: a pure, stateless, deterministic COMPUTE node that renders the exact OCC companion with zero I/O and doubles as the OMN-14055 attestation oracle).

Authored by an independent verifier (implemented neither #1706 nor sibling #1704) per no-self-authored-evidence (OMN-14055).

Independent verification (product head bdd0681d54bece5bccd1ff3a322f2131e376b832)

  • Purity: read handler_occ_companion_compute.py directly — compute_companion_plan / HandlerOccCompanionCompute.handle perform genuinely zero I/O; all observed facts (run_timestamp, probe stdout, PR/OCC contract state) are request fields, never fetched.
  • TestZeroIoPurity: a real AST walk over the handler file that fails on any subprocess/network/filesystem/datetime.now() import or call — not a smoke test.
  • Tests: checked out the PR branch into a scratch worktree, uv sync, uv run pytest tests/unit/nodes/node_occ_companion_compute/test_occ_companion_compute_seam.py -v → 18 passed in 0.15s, matching T1 determinism / T2 reproducibility-attestation-digest-stability (byte-diff oracle) / T3 two-audiences / T6 net-new-only / ported checks / purity guard exactly as claimed.
  • Quality gates independently re-run: ruff check clean, ruff format --check clean (8 files), mypy --strict clean (7 source files), scripts/ci/check_node_metadata_dependencies.py → PASS, python -m omnimarket.nodes.node_runtime_sweep --import-check → {"status":"clean","findings":[],"entry_points_checked":351}. pyproject.toml:228 registers node_occ_companion_compute as a package entry point.
  • CI state on evidence(OMN-11827): refresh PR 138 receipts #1706: the only real red is occ-preflight / eligibility (PR body is missing required 'Evidence-Source:' line); the additional red gates (OCC Preflight Dependency ×~30, Hostile Review Gate, Omni Standards Gate, PR Arch Review Gate, CI Summary) are pure downstream cascades that hardcode PREFLIGHT="failure". No independent product/test failure — Tests/lint/typecheck never ran (gated behind occ-preflight).
  • Deploy surface: evidence(OMN-11827): refresh PR 138 receipts #1706 is a wholly new, unwired node (net-new files only). Not registered into any orchestrator, dispatch table, topic, or live gate; RSD-2 (read-EFFECT)/write-EFFECT/orchestrator wiring are explicit follow-slices. No live deploy, restart, .201 mutation, topic mutation, or migration performed.

Files

  • contracts/OMN-14285.yaml — 3 dod_evidence items (dod-001, dod-deploy-assessment, dod-occ-self).
  • drift/dod_receipts/OMN-14285/{dod-001,dod-deploy-assessment,dod-occ-self}/command.yaml.

Self-binds deterministically via the first commit SHA (f8576c828f8db11792d51104d5fe0e0ec1507ff3) — no PR-number prediction. contract_sha256 computed after yamlfmt (sha256:965bcd61f406f1bf316df7b7c028c2b7e34aa1bfd6f10cafec094166416011fa).

Evidence-Ticket: OMN-14285

Self-binds via the first commit SHA (f8576c8)
so occ-preflight eligibility holds without predicting the OCC PR number.

Warning

Review limit reached

You’ve reached a temporary PR review limit under our Fair Usage Limits Policy.

Your recent review volume is higher than typical usage, so adaptive limits are currently applied.

Next review available in: 14 minutes

Enable usage-based reviews in Billing to review now. Otherwise, wait until the next included review is available.
You're only billed for reviews past your plan's rate limits ($0.25/file).

How can I continue?

After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the @coderabbitai review command as a PR comment. Alternatively, push new commits to this PR.

To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews.

How do review limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability.

For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window.

Please refer docs for additional details.
