service_dispatch_result_applier.py imports zero TOPIC_* constants and resolves the 4 delegation intent topics via ServiceTopicRegistry. The permanent test TestDelegationTopicRegistryNoDrift proves registry.resolve(key) == TOPIC_DELEGATION_* constant == owning omnimarket node_delegation_orchestrator/contract.yaml for all 13 delegation keys. Both topic gates green; full unit suite 24025 passed.
