…0421) The merged OMN-12578 OCC evidence on dev (PR #2054 squash, augmented by the OCC-lane writer with dod-omnimarket-pr-1017) shipped five ModelDodReceipts with NO contract_sha256 field. The Receipt Gate (OMN-10421) requires that field for receipts produced after 2026-04-30, so the downstream omnimarket code PR #1017 receipt-gate failed with 'missing required contract_sha256'. Add contract_sha256: sha256:e283b543... (the merged contract bytes) to all five receipts. Contract bytes are unchanged; receipt gate re-validated: RECEIPT GATE PASSED: 5 check(s).
Forward commit on top of the hash-bind fix: point dod-occ-pr-self at this OCC PR so the merge-eligibility gate finds a PASS receipt bound to it. Contract bytes unchanged.

Redundant: the parallel OCC-lane PR #2058 ('add receipt hashes for omnimarket PR 1017') already merged the identical contract_sha256 hash-binding for all five OMN-12578 receipts to dev. dev now carries the fix this PR proposed; closing to avoid a duplicate conflicting merge. |
Follow-up to OCC PR #2054. The merged OMN-12578 evidence on dev shipped five ModelDodReceipts with no contract_sha256 field; the Receipt Gate post-cutoff hash-binding rule requires it, so the downstream omnimarket code PR #1017 failed verify / Run Receipt-Gate with missing required contract_sha256.
