Closing as superseded/invalid under current OCC formatting gates. Refreshed 2026-06-01: this PR only removes the leading YAML document marker from drift/occ_dependency_edges.yaml. Local validation in /Users/jonah/Code/omni_home/omni_worktrees/PR-1935/onex_change_control showed tests/unit/test_occ_dep_edge_models.py::test_drift_edge_file_is_valid_yaml passes, but uv run pre-commit run --files drift/occ_dependency_edges.yaml fails because yamlfmt modifies the file and restores the leading |
