…ly new vs dev Preserves 57 contracts/evidence files from the canonical onex_change_control clone that were not already present in dev. Files already merged into dev via concurrent PRs (#1858-#1866) were excluded — this commit contains only the delta that dev did not yet have. …rators, no runtime footprint The omniclaude PR #1705 adds thin orchestrator shells; no Docker container, Kafka topic, or deployed runtime is modified. Adds dod-deploy-assessment with the standard no-deploy echo pattern to satisfy the deploy-gate CI check. Also updates dod-preservation-prs to reference the corrected PR numbers (OCC #1868 replaces #1865; omnidash/omnistream/onex-self-extending-agent PRs confirmed merged).

…d pr_number Fix receipt eligibility: set commit_sha to the omniclaude PR #1705 head SHA (7c68b92bf9421a32a03d1b654ca4a6895fa90077) and pr_number: 1705 on all three OMN-12394 receipts so the OCC eligibility check can bind the receipt to the PR.
Receipts produced after 2026-04-30 must include contract_sha256. Added sha256:2fd2453... (sha256 of contracts/OMN-12394.yaml) to all three receipts: dod-classification-report, dod-preservation-prs, dod-deploy-assessment.

Closing as superseded by the narrower merged OMN-12394 evidence PRs, especially OCC#1874 for omniclaude#1705. This branch is stale/dirty and should not merge broad batch evidence over current dev. |
