Replace placeholder echo command in dod-deploy-assessment with the actual docker exec smoke test verified on stability-test containers at 2026-05-25T18:53:00Z. Smoke confirms _derive_event_type_from_topic returns 'omnimarket.swarm-dispatch-completed' on the hot-patched runtime (run_id=8d68c8e7).
