Evidence-only for OMN-18530: this pull request touches no runtime path. It appends five dod_evidence items, one per accepted acceptance-criterion binding (AC1, AC2, AC4, AC6, AC8), and their PASS receipts.
Each binding was proposed by lane dod-closeout-bind-2026-10-12T1045Z-c2 and accepted by lane dod-closeout-accept-2026-10-12T1045Z-c2 after an independent re-run at omniclaude origin/dev 0c7a1d577e6d. The AC1, AC2 and AC4 tests fail at the parent (78a71544) of the implementing merge c124c41ea (#2295). AC6 passes there too, because the kind did not exist yet. AC8's summary-gate name is absent at the parent of 107da64bb (#2298).
Not included: AC3 (its check_value is refused by the OCC check_value lint as authored, and the acceptor does not edit checks), AC5 (the check covers only the measurement half) and AC7 (the review dates of 2026-10-05 fall outside the following weekly sprint, 2026-09-28 to 2026-10-04).
Lab: host=omninode-pc command=check_receipt_hardening.py --capture-probe over the five receipts (gh api commit readback, git rev-parse HEAD pin, then each item's check_value) head=0c7a1d577e6d5dc089a1fd8ee4d0721c053dfa3b result=all five exit 0 (four tests 1 passed each; AC8 in_EXPECTED_EXTERNAL_CONTEXTS= True in_EXCLUSIONS= False), captured 2026-10-12T11:11:20Z..11:11:33Z. Independent Mac re-run at the same head matched.
